Speedway LLC is entitled to summary judgment on the claim of an employee who alleged that he was discharged in retaliation for using leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act, rather than because he didn’t return to work from his leave on his scheduled date after his request for vacation time was denied, an Ohio federal court ruled.
