A Pennsylvania federal district court granted STEP Inc.’s motion for summary judgment on discrimination and retaliation claims in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Pennsylvania Human Rights Act of an assistant chief financial officer who alleged that she was denied a promotion and had her access to STEP’s network and building revoked while she was out on approved FMLA leave for a rotator cuff injury.
