A Pennsylvania federal court granted summary judgment in favor of Lutronic Corporation, for the claims against the company by a regional sales manager alleging that his right to FMLA leave was interfered with and that he was retaliated against after requesting time off to care for his ill mother, resulting in his termination, on the basis that Lutronic was not a covered employer under the FMLA.
