The law firm of Fieger & Fieger, P.C. is entitled to summary judgment on a claim by a former attorney that she was discharged in retaliation for requesting leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act to care for her son who reportedly suffered from a cough, runny nose, and gastrointestinal issues, a federal district court in Michigan ruled.
