The Second Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a New York federal district court’s grant of summary judgment to Orange Business Services, Inc. on the claims of an account manager that the company interfered with her rights to take leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act, and retaliatorily discharged her for doing so, holding that there was insufficient evidence that the company’s criticisms about her job performance, which led to her discharge, were related to her leave requests.
