A former general manager for Petco Animal Supplies Stores, Inc. in New Mexico may proceed with his claim that Petco interfered with his rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act when it failed to reinstate him to an equivalent position when he attempted to return from FMLA leave, a federal district court said.
