A federal district court granted in part and denied in part Eldor Automotive Powertrain USA LLC’s motion for summary judgment regarding a terminated manager’s claims that it retaliated against him in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and breached his employment contract when it fired him for complaining about a lack of staffing and requesting incentive and overtime pay for his employees.
