A poultry loader/catcher may proceed with his Fair Labor Standards Act action for unpaid overtime against turkey producer Butterball, LLC, a federal district court in North Carolina ruled. The employee typically worked a night shift six days a week, and he claimed he worked approximately 90 hours a week, the court said.
