A Kansas federal district court denied Epic Landscape Productions, L.C.'s motion for decertification of a collective action by lawn and landscape workers alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and state law, for unpaid overtime, and also excluded the company’s expert witness from testifying, where the expert’s report wasn’t admissible because it drew ultimate legal conclusions from the facts as he found them, and his opinions weren’t properly within the scope of expert testimony.
