A Texas federal district court granted summary judgment to a business manager on her claim that Mbroh Engineering, Inc. and its CEO willfully failed to pay her time and a half for overtime hours she worked under the Fair Labor Standards Act, finding that she submitted adequate evidence that she wasn’t paid on a salary basis and thus, wasn’t exempt from overtime pay under the administrative exemption.
