A federal district court denied SCB Global Ltd’s motion to dismiss wage and employment claims brought by a chief revenue officer who alleged he was terminated and denied unpaid commissions, finding that the court had personal jurisdiction over the foreign defendants because they purposefully availed themselves of Oregon by hiring the revenue officer knowing that he was an Oregon resident and directing his work activities there.
