Specialized Loan Servicing LLC’s motion to strike class allegations and deny certification of a putative class of remote hourly call service agents alleging Fair Labor Standards Act, Arizona Wage Act and breach of contract violations is partially denied, where the company didn’t show that the proposed class wasn’t ascertainable, nor did it show that proposed classes fail to satisfy predominance and superiority requirements, a federal district court ruled.
