A California federal court granted the motion for final approval of a class action settlement and certification of settlement class of a Syneos Health US, Inc. putative class of former employees alleging state law failure to indemnify and unfair competition, where class representatives were adequate, negotiations were arm’s length, a trial and appeal’s costs, risks, and delay support approval, the distribution method for the net settlement is fair, and the settlement isn’t a result of collusion.
