The Texas Court of Appeals reversed the trial court’s denial of The Bridge Strategy & Technology Consulting, LLC’s motion to compel arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act in a breach of contract and quantum meruit case brought by former director of business development for unpaid cash and stock commissions, finding that his claims fell within the scope of the arbitration clause because the term “wages” in the employment agreement included commissions according to its plain, ordinary meaning.
