An Arizona property management company unlawfully maintained multiple workplace rules that interfered with, restrained, or coerced employees regarding the exercise of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act. The NLRB partially upheld an administrative law judge’s ruling that several of these work rules were unlawful, but remanded the ALJ’s ruling on some of the rules for further consideration. The board’s opinion stated that the ALJ didn’t take enough consideration of the general counsel’s arguments before ruling that those rules were lawful, especially in light of the Stericycle decision.
