The Boeing Company is granted summary judgment dismissing a U.S. Army reservist and former employee’s claims under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, in which he alleged that he faced military service discrimination when he was removed from the Hawaiian Airlines account and later terminated during an economic reduction in force, a federal district court ruled, where the reservist failed to show Boeing’s actions were motivated by his military service as required.
