The National Labor Relations Board ruled that Solution One Industries violated the National Labor Relations Act by refusing to settle multiple employee grievances in accordance with the language of its collective bargaining agreement with the union, after Solution One unilaterally changed the outlined grievance process without bargaining with the union.
