A Virginia trucking company unlawfully interrogated, coerced, and threatened a group of workers during a unionization campaign and vote, in violation of the NLRA. The NLRB affirmed the administrative law judge’s ruling that the employer committed multiple unfair labor practice violations during the campaign leading up to the unionization vote. The employer also disciplined several organizers and made unlawful statements after the union lost the election.
