The National Labor Relations Board denied a request for extraordinary relief from the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, saying that the regional director’s decision to redo the representation election at Dold Foods didn’t contain any irregularities, inconsistencies, or mistakes of fact that warranted a review of the decision.
