Teamsters Local Union 135 wasn’t entitled to enjoin Shelbyville police orders to disperse, interfering with teamster picketing activities at Horseshoe Indianapolis Casino after a postponed union election, where the picketing site was private property not for public use, thus not a public forum under the First Amendment and the National Labor Relations Act, NLRA doesn’t preempt local trespass laws, and the teamsters failed to establish a likelihood of success, an Indiana federal court ruled.
