The National Labor Relations Board upheld the findings of the administrative law judge that RRI West Management unlawfully issued a rule forbidding the discussion of concerns about Covid-19, wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment, and discharged an employee for violating this rule, in violation of the employee’s rights under the National Labor Relations Act. The board upheld the decision of the ALJ, finding that the rule violated employees’ rights to discuss issues related to their terms and conditions of employment, and that the discharge was a further violation of those rights.
