A nationwide wireless telecommunications company violated the NLRA by selectively and disparately enforcing internal communications policy to disallow only emails and communications related to union activity. The NLRB ruled that the employer had unlawfully disallowed all union-related communications while allowing other communications between employees that weren’t work-related on employer systems.
