The National Labor Relations Board reversed the ruling of an administrative law judge that a postal worker’s claim against the American Postal Workers Union of lack of proper representation was time-barred. In its reversal, the board also found that the APWU violated the National Labor Relations Act by failing to process the postal worker’s grievances and by providing her false information about them when she specifically inquired about them.
