Greyhound Lines, Inc. unlawfully fired a union steward who had a confrontation with a manager about the way he was treating another employee. Although the confrontation took place on a bus platform in the presence of passengers and other employees, it was the manager who chose to extend the confrontation by following the steward and the employee to the bus platform, yelling at the employee to start her bus route, and walking up to the steward to admonish him for using profanities. The case is Greyhound Lines, Inc., 2019 BL 165660, N.L.R.B., 08-CA-181769, 5/6/19.
