Dallas Area Rapid Transit properly denied overtime pay to a grievant who was put on paid administrative leave pending a disciplinary investigation, in spite of his claim that he would have worked overtime but for being on paid leave, since there is no statutory or policy authority requiring paid leave while under investigation, let alone payment for lost opportunity to work overtime while on such leave, Arbitrator Sidney Moreland IV ruled.
