The Saint-Gobain company had just cause to discharge the grievant for violating its workplace violence policy by losing his temper, engaging in threatening and coercive behavior toward a co-worker and interfering with production by cutting material on the co-worker’s side of the compounding machine and yelling at him, Arbitrator Michael Paolucci ruled.
