Wilson ruled that Woodbridge Corporation, Fremont Ohio Plant had just cause to discharge the grievant for intimidation and workplace harassment, when the grievant allegedly cursed at a Black machine operator, accused her of stealing, threatened to get her fired, and used a racist slur repeatedly, in violation of work rules and policies.
