Arbitrator Robert B. Hoffman ruled that the city of Las Vegas had just cause to discipline a cameraman for the city’s television station for workplace violence and conduct unbecoming during a meeting to discuss his alleged performance, but his discharge must be reduced to a five-day unpaid suspension.
