An Ohio appellate court reversed a trial court’s decision granting summary judgment to Cincy Automall, Inc. on a female business development manager’s claims of state law wrongful discharge and sex discrimination, where she alleged she was fired in retaliation for filing an OSHA complaint regarding Covid-19 hazards and mice in her workplace, she’d first brought her concerns to her employer, and she complained in good faith based on what she believed were genuine health concerns.
