A Nevada federal district court denied a sommelier’s motion for summary judgment in his wrongful termination case against Wally’s Las Vegas, LLC and Resorts World Las Vegas, LLC, finding that the former wine steward failed to file required points and authorities in support of his motion and failed to connect facts to the elements of his legal claims, while also denying without prejudice the resorts’ motion to dismiss because the parties were in the midst of summary judgment briefing that would address the same arguments.
