A First Transit Inc. bus driver who worked at Rutgers University may proceed with his wrongful discharge claim alleging that the company refused to assign him shifts and constructively discharged him in violation of public policy because of his repeated complaints about safety issues with the company buses, a federal court in New Jersey ruled.
