An Illinois federal court denied two HR superintendants’ motion to dismiss the claims of an 8th grade math teacher that they and the school district, retaliated against her for reporting state OSHA violations, in violation of the state’s Whistleblower Act, ruling that there was sufficient notice to these defendants regarding the claims against them, and that the teacher pled enough facts establish individual liability for retaliation through their actions to transfer her after her report.
