A Florida federal district court granted in part a motion for temporary reinstatement under the Florida Public Sector Whistleblower Act by a chief operations officer, against the school board of Lee County, Florida, finding he made protected disclosures in good faith about racial discrimination and mismanagement, was discharged when his contract wasn’t renewed, and the school board failed to provide agency documentation of alleged performance deficiencies.
