A federal district court in Pennsylvania granted summary judgment to Bryn Mawr Trust Company on a fired bank employee’s whistleblower retaliation claims alleging BMT violated the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the Consumer Financial Protection Act. The employee asserted that her complaints to a bank manager about the sales pressure on BMT employees and her complaint to the Department of Labor constituted protected activity.
