A Hawaii federal district court denied BAE Systems Inc.'s motion to dismiss whistleblower claims under the Defense Contractor Whistleblower Protection Act and National Defense Authorization Act brought by a information technology specialist with post-traumatic stress disorder, major depressive disorder, traumatic brain injury, and gastrointestinal issues who alleged he was terminated after reporting that a security manager had improperly sold company equipment, finding that the IT specialist adequately alleged protected disclosures and had exhausted administrative remedies by filing a complaint with the Inspector General.
