An Arizona federal district court denied Bureau Veritas Technical Assessments LLC’s motion for preliminary injunction on trade secret misappropriation claims under the Defend Trade Secrets Act and Arizona Uniform Trade Secrets Act against a former executive vice president of sales and a former senior product developer, finding that although the vice president copied business documents and emails, they failed to demonstrate likelihood of success on the merits or irreparable harm, as there was insufficient evidence that he still possessed the documents or that they posed a threat to the company.
