A motion to dismiss the state law tortious interference claim of a female Whitinsville Golf Club employee discharged after complaining of allegedly being subjected to sexual harassment from male club executives and a third-party caterer is denied, a Massachusetts federal court ruled, where she sufficiently alleged that the executives interfered with her business relationship with the club, and it’s a reasonable inference that they did so through retaliation during their temporary suspension from the Club.
