The Supreme Court of Nevada reversed a district court’s order denying Tough Turtle Turf, LLC’s request for a preliminary injunction enforcing a noncompete covenant against three former employees, finding that there was minimal procedural unconscionability, and remanded the case because the district court was obligated to determine whether the covenant’s flaws could be cured and revised under Nevada law.
