A New York federal district court granted a preliminary injunction to Rood, Riddle and Partners, PSC against a veterinarian to enforce non-compete and confidentiality provisions in her employment agreement, finding that the company showed a likelihood of success on the merits of its breach of contract claim, irreparable harm from loss of client relationships and goodwill, and that the restrictive covenants were reasonable in scope and duration.
