A Nebraska federal district court granted Farm Credit Services of America’s motion for preliminary injunction against former employee Richard Knuppe for breach of contract claims, finding that Knuppe violated enforceable restrictive covenants by soliciting business from a customer he had personal contact with while employed at Farm Credit, causing irreparable harm through loss of customer goodwill, and enjoined him from violating the nonsolicitation and nondisclosure provisions through June 2027.
