A South Carolina circuit court properly denied ISCO Industries, Inc.'s motion to compel arbitration of a former employee’s class action lawsuit against it following a data breach that released employees’ personal identifying information such as social security numbers and addresses, the South Carolina Court of Appeals ruled.
