The former Executive Director of Fleet Services for the New York City Department of Transportation claimed that his employer retaliated against him in violation of his First Amendment rights, because he confronted certain employees about a discrimination lawsuit and investigation that he claimed damaged his reputation. City of New York, 2019 BL 244566, 2d Cir., 18-2572-cv, 7/2/19.
