Fife Dermatology, PC, is entitled to summary judgment on its former chief operating officer’s retaliation claim under the False Claims Act, a federal district court in Nevada ruled. The COO was terminated after violating a confidentiality clause in his employment agreement, and reporting potential Medicare and Medicaid fraud to the owner of Fife Dermatology.
