A New York federal district court partially granted a former financial advisor’s motion to dismiss Steward Partners Global Advisory, LLC’s claims that his continued post-termination visits to and use of the company’s property to conduct securities trading breached their separation agreement, where Steward’s amended complaint failed to specify what property he didn’t return or what contract provision his unauthorized office visits violated, however, the company is granted a last chance to amend.
