A California federal district court denied Google LLC’s motion to dismiss a breach of contract claim brought by a field sales representative and Army reservist who alleged that Google violated his employment agreement by depriving him of earned commissions on a $19 million Army software sale, finding that he plausibly alleged he was employed subject to a bonus plan, met the eligibility requirements, and was entitled to additional compensation that Google never paid him.
