The United States Court of Federal Claims granted summary judgment to the United States Postal Service on claims brought by a mail handler that a settlement agreement was void or voidable and that the Postal Service breached the agreement in numerous ways, finding that the settlement agreement was valid and enforceable, and that he failed to provide evidence that the Postal Service breached any of the terms of the agreement which had been negotiated after an investigation found the employee had falsified time records.
