A Nebraska federal district court granted in part Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA’s motion for temporary restraining order against its former insurance officer who allegedly violated his non-solicitation agreement by taking confidential client information and soliciting Farm Credit’s customers for his new insurance agency, finding that Farm Credit showed a likelihood of success on its breach of contract, breach of duty of loyalty, and tortious interference claims, as well as threat of irreparable harm due to the limited timeframe for purchasing crop insurance and potential permanent loss of business.
