The California Court of Appeal partially reversed a trial court’s denial of petitions to compel arbitration in a case involving fraudulent transfer and accounting claims brought by a former CEO and shareholder against his former employer, Fleetwood Aluminum Products, Inc., its directors, and two corporate entities that acquired some of Fleetwood’s assets, holding that the arbitration agreement’s delegation clause required arbitration of claims against Fleetwood and its directors, but not against the nonsignatory corporate entities who failed to establish standing to enforce the agreement as third-party beneficiaries, successors in interest, or through equitable estoppel.
