A Louisiana federal district court denied a motion to vacate an arbitration ruling filed by a former employee under the Federal Arbitration Act against Turner Industries Group LLC, finding that the arbitrator did not exceed her authority when dismissing the employee’s Americans with Disabilities Act and Texas Labor Code claims because she properly interpreted a dispute resolution agreement which allowed her to consider applicable statutes of limitations and administrative filing requirements that the employee had failed to meet.
