Coastal States Automotive Group Management, LLC is entitled to summary judgment on a discharged female car salesperson’s claim for sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, a Georgia federal district court ruled. The employee alleged she was terminated for refusing her supervisor’s sexual advances, the court said.
